Windows photo viewer will not print

I uncovered this solution a while back... sorry... foracquired to article it earlier right here for you men.

You watching: Windows photo viewer will not print

I believe it is a trouble with the "photowiz.dll" file in system32.

It is variation 6.x.xxxx.xxxx.

I uncovered an older variation of this file, had actually to change the features and pergoals of the file to permit it to be readjusted.

I recalled it through an "dlx" expansion and then copied a version 5.1 photowiz.dll to system32 and the print wizard functions again! The site I acquired the file from is:

http://www.dlldump.com/download-dll-files_new.php/dllfiles/P/photowiz.dll/5.1.2600.2180/downpack.html

This functions for me. Brings up a wizard which allows me to print similiar sizes of photos. No crashes.

I have actually had the very same problem for rather a while with a HP CP1215. I uncovered this solution in relation to a Firefox concern so I tried it and also now everything functions simply fine. You must go right into Devices and Printers, right click the printer, Printer Properties, Modern tab, Publish Processor, and also adjusted it from ZIMFPRINT to HP Color Laserjet (or your printer). It works currently. Pretty easy settle. Too poor the the Windows people couldn"t have actually argued it.
