Hp Stuck On Press The Esc Key For Startup Menu (Problem), Press Esc At Startup Menu (Problem)

Whenever before I try to revolve it on, it stuck on blue screen showing hp logo design and also a message "Press the ESC key for Startup Menu" and of course the key-board ( all tricks are inactive)

I think the concern started once I put someone"s flash drive. yet I took it off

-I tried taking the hard drive and placing it earlier ( and also I put new one)

-the ram also I took it and put it back

- the f9 and f1o not working

What am I supposed to perform pleaseee?

How deserve to I make computer system forget that exterior flash drive ( I carry out not have actually it now)

Have you tried attaching a wired key-board to a USB port? Specs say you have a wireless key-board and computer mouse.Try using one of the USB 2 Ports in the back of the computer system.

Yes prior to I had actually a wiremuch less mouse/key-board but I acquired a brand-new Wired Keyboard and I associated on various usb ports side and ago but still very same issue

If you have actually tried all ports and still cannot accessibility BIOS then I would need to think your are dealing with a hardware issue that would need you to take it to an excellent repair shop.

Other than trying an additional keyboard I am not certain what else you deserve to execute other than booting a live CD such as a tiny linux distro to see if it can bypass the Esc screen. I would recommend Fatdog64.
