So, controlling with CAM? Is that 4 fans on simply rad or in its entirety in the case? Have you determined which component is making the majority of of the noise?

Thanks for the response yet I think I figured it out. CAM is not finding the fans on the radiator and they are on max rpm.

If the hub is not linked through USB, then those fans won"t display up anywhere.
